Developed as a cost-effective and easy-to-install solution, the  OLS400 Universal Off-line Handler (OLS series)  adapts to any on-line test (ICT) or FCT (functional) need, saving space in the plant. production. The design of this device allows the quick and ergonomic change of fixtures, with a change time of less than 3 minutes.

Models: OLS400 – ICT and OLS400 – FCT

  • High resistance aluminum structure with capacity for forces greater than 10KN.
  • Maximum PCB size 300 × 230mm.
  • Sliding square guided by 4 columns, guaranteeing a perfect parallel movement.
  • Mass interface contacts with measuring probes on the handler and bolts on the fixture.
  • Drawer system for fixture insertion.
  • Automatic drawer locking system.
  • Fixture coding on the lower and upper plate to allow product-fixture validation.
  • Two independent modules (handler and lower structure).
  • 14U rack positions available for instrumentation integration.
  • Machine control communication drivers for .NET, NI LabWindows CVI, LabVIEW or any other third party platform with TCP / IP communication sockets.

Fixtures
